Saturday 11th May – Friday 17th May, daily 7.30 pm Sri Chinmoy Meditation Centre Berlin
We are thrilled to invite you to join us for the Berlin Meditation Week, a week-long event dedicated to the practice of meditation and mindfulness. From Saturday, May 11th, to Friday May 17th, we will be offering a variety of workshops and events designed to help you deepen your meditation practice and cultivate inner peace and tranquility.
Our week kicks off with a beautiful Meditation Concert by Swiss Music group Mountain Silence Saturday evening. This unique concert will immerse you in a peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to connect with your inner self and experience the power of music and meditation.
Throughout the week, we will be offering daily workshops at 7.30pm, led by experienced meditation teachers. These workshops will cover a range of topics and techniques, from basic breathing exercises to advanced meditation practices, allowing you to tailor your experience to your individual needs and goals. Each workshop will provide you with the tools and guidance necessary to create a daily meditation practice that suits your lifestyle.
Our goal is to help you cultivate a sense of calm and inner peace, and to empower you to live a more mindful and present life. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, the Berlin Meditation Week has something to offer you.
