Von Montag den 26.September bis Samstag den 1.Oktober kannst du dich täglich auf einen interessanten Meditationsabend, mit Meditationsübungen, spirituellen Stories, Mantrasingen, Talks und einem Live-Konzert im Sri Chinmoy Meditationszentrum, freuen.

Tauche ein, in die energetisierende und transformierende Welt der Meditation. Lerne effektiv nach Innen zu lauschen um dich besser kennenzulernen und dein geistiges Potential zu erkennen und zu entfalten. Alles beginnt im Innern und manifestiert sich im Außen. Beginne an der richtigen Stelle mit der Veränderung!

International class givers will give inspiring talks and lead Group-Meditations every evening during that week. The program will be sponsored by the Sri Chinmoy Meditation Group and will be free of charge for all participants.  After the Mediation Week, you will have the chance to sign up for the follow-up, which will also be free of charge, and find out more about the teachings of the spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy and the activities and Group-Meditations of the local Meditation Centre in Berlin.

  • Controlling our thoughts and emotions
  • Physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle
  • Inner strength and discipline

The classes are suitable both for beginners and for people who try to meditate for some time already but find it difficult to do alone. In the classes, we are trying to create an atmosphere suitable for meditation and a group of people who meditate in the same way. First meetings happen in lecture rooms, so you don’t need to bring anything except for an open mind and heart 🙂

There is no need to have previous experiences with meditation, no worries. During the classes we will try together various concentration and meditation exercises; we will talk about a healthy lifestyle, inner discipline, and the importance of physical fitness for our inner development.
